Seneca’s new head Wresting coach, Mark Holiday, has many plans for the upcoming season. Coach Holiday is looking to fill every weight class two wrestlers deep. He is also hoping to compete for a region championship and have many people to qualify and place in the top four at the individual state tournament. For preseason training he plans to work on technique and conditioning. For season training he plans on practicing every week day. Coach Holiday also plans on focusing on drill technique and higher intensity practices. Holiday is looking to reestablish the great traditions that Seneca’s Wrestling team has had in the past. He plans to have a stable and long-term head-coaching position, leading to long-term success.
