Game Recap

The Seneca offense regained its strides Friday night with a 12 hit, 11 run performance against West-Oak. Jack Fassino, Walker Lathrop, Petey Ridley, and Bryson Whaley all had 2 hits each for the Bobcats, while Tristen Hudson added 3 hits to the show. Jack Fassino led the team with a game, season, and career high 7 RBIs. The junior also came in and tossed a flawless 7th inning to end the game. Bryson Whaley got the win, making him 4-0 on the year. The junior right-hander worked out of a jam in the top of the 1st inning. With a runner on 3rd and only one out, Whaley struck out Jeremiah Gibson and then induced a ground out from Ian James to 3B to end the inning. Whaley and the Bobcats never looked back. The win makes the Bobcats 7-1 on the year, and 2-0 and region play. They will travel to Pickens on Monday, March 20 for a non-region contest. First pitch is scheduled for 6 pm.
