Baseball Cats Win District Title

SHS baseball defeated Powdersville 14-2 to advance to the AAA Upper State Tournament.  The Bobcats will play at Pendleton Thursday.

Ashlen Dewart Named Seneca High School Girls Basketball Coach

Seneca High School Principal Cliff Roberts has announced that Ashlen Dewart has been named Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at Seneca High School. Coach Dewart will earn a Master’s in the Art of Teaching from Converse College next month. She holds a B.S. Degree in Health and Physical Education from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Bobcat Men’s Track Wins 5th Straight Region Title

Men’s Track wins Upstate Tri-County Championship

The men’s track team competed in the Upstate Tri-County Championship on Wednesday and Thursday of this week, finishing first overall scoring a total of 144 points.  They were followed by runner-up TL Hanna with 129 points, and 3rd place Westside with 111 points.  The Bobcats were led by the following event winners: Elijah Stewart- 800
